Terms and Conditions of Sale Prices
Prices shown in all catalogues and literature are shown inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at the time of going to press (e & oe) and whilst every effort will be made to maintain these prices, we reserve the right to change prices without notice. VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate for delivery to all UK and EU addresses.
Descriptions
Whilst we take every care to ensure illustrations and descriptions within the catalogue are accurate, we reserve the right to change specifications or improve our products. In the event of any substituted product not being acceptable, we will gladly issue a full credit.
Orders
All goods are offered subject to availability. We endeavour to despatch all orders complete, however any items which are not in stock at the time of ordering will be placed on back order and despatched when they become available.
Delivery
All orders will normally be despatched within 48 hours of receipt subject to availability. Our standard delivery service is 3-5 working days; however a Next Day Delivery service may be available for an extra charge. For shipping rates and returns policy, please see Carriage & Returns link.
Discrepancies
Whilst we endeavour to complete all our customers’ orders satisfactorily, occasionally errors do occur. Therefore please ensure that all parcels are unpacked and checked carefully upon receipt and that our Customer Services Department are notified immediately of any errors. We will then inform you of the appropriate action to be taken. Please do not attempt to return any goods without prior authorisation.
Payment
Some customers may apply for, and be granted, credit account facilities. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date. We accept payment by major credit cards on any order over £25. Otherwise, contact us to pay by cheque or for details of BACS payments. We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
Title of Goods
Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.
Variation
Under no circumstances will we be bound by any addition to or variation of these terms unless agreed in writing with the General Manager. These conditions and the contract shall be subject to and governed by the Law of England.
Data Protection
We may transfer information about you to our bankers/financiers for the purposes of providing services and for the following purposes: obtaining credit insurance; making credit reference agency searches; credit control; assessment and analysis (including credit scoring, market, product and statistical analysis); securitisation; protecting our interests. We will provide you with details of our bankers/financiers and that of any credit reference agencies used on request.
